No, the NC Folk Festival is FREE to attend

No tickets are needed for three days of fun in downtown Greensboro.

Food, beverages, marketplace handcrafts, and other merchandise will be available for purchase. Donations are welcome to help keep the Festival free.

The Festival is located throughout downtown Greensboro, NC.

The Greensboro Cultural Center at 200 N. Davie Street is a central landmark. Note that vehicles cannot navigate directly to this central location due to street closures.

Handicap parking can be found on every parking deck surrounding the Festival site.

The only deck that will be closed is Church St Deck.

Once on the Festival site, there will be rickshaws as well as the Hopper Trolley to take you from place to place.

Bring chairs (limited seating available), your cellphone with the North Carolina Folk Festival mobile app, cameras, and a reusable water bottle.

Do not bring pets (except trained service animals).

This is a rain or shine event. The Festival will operate in most weather conditions. Check the website and social media platforms for updates.

Yes, credentialed photographers and videographers will be working throughout the Festival. Your presence at the event is considered permission for promotional use. Share your photos on social media with the hashtag #ncfolkfestival.

Turn in lost items to a Festival Information/First Aid booth near each stage area.
